“I've been working for Larson Family Winery coming up on two years. I started in production and work in harvest. I moved into accounting for a little bit, and then the tasting room manager position was open and a role they needed filled, so I just stepped in. My favorite thing about being a tasting room manager is just having guests come in and enjoying the property that I get to enjoy every single day. Bringing their dogs, bringing their kids, getting to work with dogs, running around all day is always a plus. And then getting to work with wine is a lot of fun too. Being in the wine industry, we're supposed to be competitors, but everyone is on each other's side. And we're just trying to grow as an industry. It's fun getting to work and learn from people who have been in it longer than I have. I really enjoy what I do.” - Hayden Puryear
