LO & BEHOLD

LO & BEHOLD opened up last year, so 2022, and Brian found a home here. This place is very special. For some reason, it just really works. Everyone works for this same sort of goal. There's artistry, both in the bartenders and the kitchen guys. It's pretty to watch. Even if it is just in between on a lunch break or you're out here touring wineries and coming in just for a quick bite or you're coming in for a full-on romantic meal, it doesn't really matter, Brian just wants to put you at ease. We are blessed in a part of the world that still embraces that. So with someone you can teach them work ethic, you can teach them the mechanics of it. What Brian can't teach you is just bring all of you to it, bring personality, know the script, but bring a personality.
