“For us to be able to have 24 acres in the Dry Creek Valley allows for us to bring wonderful practices into the valley to build biodiversity to strengthen the valley. Sonoma County is such a model for a lot of other communities, and they come here for a dining experience and they take away an appreciation for our agriculture, the hard work of the artisans, and craftsmen, and farmers that are involved, and we hope that they really leave with this appreciation for supporting good food systems. That's something that we didn't necessarily anticipate, and we see every day.” - Kyle and Katina Connaughton
