Definition Films is an award-winning video production company based in Santa Rosa, CA.

We were founded in 2008 by Justin Liddell during his freshman year of high-school as a hobby. Only after years of hard work could Justin finally say Definition Films was his full-time business. Since then, Definition Films has transformed to where it is today. Each year we have steadily grown, and so has the quality of our work. We have been forced to relocate to a larger office two times in three years, not even COVID-19 could stop us. We’re the type of agency that our clients become friends with. To us it’s not just about a one-off project, we build long-term relationships with our clients and truly want to see them succeed.

It is our future goal to grow Definition Films into a studio that can compete with the most highly regarded outfits in the United States. The only way to carry a dream like that to the finish line is on the shoulders of amazing individuals. Our ever growing team is a conglomeration of young and highly skilled professionals. We are proud to offer cinematic, adaptable video production service for companies, advertising agencies, and anyone who comes our way. All stages of our creative process from concept, pre-production, production, and post-production is a fine tuned machine that can be adapted to you and your budget.

We have delivered time and time again in the harshest of environments and on the tightest deadlines; from the aired landscape of Mexico to bustling streets of Shanghai, always producing the best content possible for our clients. We have traveled the world, and are not afraid to do it again. We have the ability to take an ordinary concept and turn it into something remarkable.
